Dystopia

This is the dystopia of your nightmares, where religions (the heavenly messages that are meant to set our lives straight) are misinterpreted to create HAVOC.

Death- An elegy to the Victims of New Zealand Terrorist Attack

Death- An elegy to the Victims of New Zealand Terrorist Attack

Death, do not rush us to eternity
Have we not paid all our dues?
Our loved ones’ taciturnity
Gives you all the needed cues

We abhor your forced fraternity
You always forbade us to choose
You lull us during the battle
You make sure we are to lose
You lure us into your trap
Sleek and cunning like sundews
Men, women, old and young
The whole crowd is left in blues
Hush!
Spare us your wailing, death;
Crocodile tears never amuse
Death, forever hold your peace
For we embrace
Our fate and accept the ugly truth
World, behold! From now on
We are not to stay obtuse
We shall relish the bliss of eternal life
Where death no longer rules.
